You may return an item within 10 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

• The product must be unused, sealed, and in the same condition as received.

• It must be in its original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or unsealed items cannot be returned.

Returns and Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 10–15 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must provide a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

• Without an unboxing video, we cannot process a return or refund.

• If validated, we will issue a full refund or provide store credit, based on your preference.

Canceling an Order

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been packed or shipped. Please contact us immediately at support@hypebeauty.shop for assistance with cancellations.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

• Hype Beauty Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

• We recommend tracking your shipment closely and being available at the time of delivery.
