Welcome to Hype Beauty Shop! We’re dedicated to making your shopping experience smooth and reliable. We currently ship within the United States and are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $300.

Shipping Methods

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Standard Delivery

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location within the U.S.)

Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation page and an email with your order details. If you don’t receive this within 24 hours, please contact us at support@hypebeauty.shop.

Shipping Confirmation

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 1–2 business days for tracking information to update. Check your spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or international destinations.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase by contacting us at support@hypebeauty.shop. Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please email support@hypebeauty.shop before your order ships. Once an order is in transit, we cannot modify the address.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. Hype Beauty Shop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email support@hypebeauty.shop within 5 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Please do not discard the product or packaging until the issue is resolved. Approved cases will be refunded or credited to your account.
